General Chat / Los Angeles Mixed Ladder in the New Year Hi Everyone,
I think it's about time that LA caught up with NYC and started a ladder. As a first ladder I thought it would be fun if we mixed it up a bit and played both men and women. Tennis Metro will get a jackpot going if we get a good number of players to join, so sign up today. The ladder will officially begin in January, but is open to taking people early so we can get to planning. I know all of you will have holidays busy with eating and partying, so the new year is a perfect time to set and achieve your new year's resolution to play more tennis. See you on the ladder! |

TM Questions/Comments / Tennis Ladders Wanted Cool. You can now join the ladder before it has opened, and the banner at the top says 'upcoming' instead of closed. Thanks! Bruno |

TM Questions/Comments / Tennis Ladders Wanted Cool, thanks. Yea I just figured we'd start matches on the first, but would think people would want to join ahead of time. Thanks. |

TM Questions/Comments / Tennis Ladders Wanted No, it's closed because it hasn't opened yet! (Looks like it opens on Jan 4). I suppose it would make sense to change that to 'pending' or something? That way people could join the ladder before it opened. I'll get on that right away. |

TM Questions/Comments / Tennis Ladders Wanted Is the ladder closed, because it needs to be approved first? |

General Chat / Has anyone heard about Reel Sticks I am curious if anyone out there has seen the new retractable singles stick that attaches to the net post? They have a web site at www.reelsticks.com. It seems they are offering these sticks to facilities free of charge through a national sponsorship program. They have a registration form at their web site. Has anyone played singles in a tournament where they have been installed? It looks like a great idea. |

TM Questions/Comments / Problems Searching for players! Hi guys, Very sorry for the inconvenience. Firstly, the best contact for support questions in support@tennismetro.com (we don't have a telephone customer service number). Regarding the player search, I was just able to test it out and it worked fine for me (using Firefox on Mac OS X). Can you give me some more information on the problem you're having so we can get it fixed? - What are the exact steps to reproduce the problem? - What browser are you using? What operating system? - If possible, can you provide a screenshot of the resulting error page? These things will help us get this diagnosed and fixed quickly. Thanks!
